AN ACT to authorize boards of supervisors to fix the number of assistant prosecuting attorneys, clerks, stenographers and investigators for prosecuting attorneys; to fix the terms of office and salaries of such assistants, clerks, stenographers and investigators, and to define the powers and duties of the same in counties of this state; and to repeal
