| ***** Act 289 of 1964 THIS ACT IS SUBJECT TO CONDITIONAL EXPIRATION: See 388.693 ***** AN ACT to provide for the study and development of plans for the reorganization of school districts and for elections to accomplish same; to provide for the creation of state and intermediate reorganization committees; to prescribe their powers and duties; to provide for hearings and elections on reorganization plans; and to prescribe the powers and duties of the superintendent of public instruction.
