§ 4-3A-04.

      (a)      A majority of the members serving on the Advisory Council is a quorum.

      (b)      The Advisory Council shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

      (c)      A member of the Advisory Council:

            (1)      May not receive compensation; but

            (2)      Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

      (d)      The Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene shall designate the staff necessary to carry out this subtitle.
