§ 5-108.
This article does not limit or restrict the police power of the State, either county, or any municipality in which any park, parkway, forest, street, road, boulevard, or other public way, ground, or space is located, except that such concurrent police power of a municipality shall extend only to areas located within its boundaries for purposes of this article.
