Article - County Commissioners

§ 5A.

      (a)      The board of county commissioners in every county in which this section applies may direct that the office of the clerk to the county commissioners and any other offices under the control of the county commissioners be closed for the transaction of business on Saturdays.

      (b)      This section applies only in Allegany County.
