§ 7-101.
Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the pledge of any bonds or obligations issued upon the full faith and credit of Harford County or any general obligation bonds of the State of Maryland shall be accepted as sufficient collateral for the deposit of any funds of Harford County.
