§135.  Property, governing authority defined

As used in this Part, the term:

(1)  "Property" means any portion of immovable property, including servitudes, rights-of-way, and other rights in or to immovable property.

(2)  "Governing authority" means the governing authority of any municipalities having a population between twenty thousand five hundred twenty-five and twenty thousand five hundred fifty, according to the most recent federal decennial census and by municipalities and parishes with ongoing Louisiana Small City Community Development Block Grants projects relating to health and safety.
