610.090 Prohibitions on use of evidence in subsequent proceedings.
Unless the child is proceeded against as an adult in accordance with the law governing
crimes as provided in KRS Chapter 635 or 640, the disposition of any child under the
provisions of KRS Chapters 600 to 645, or any evidence given in the case, shall not be
lawful evidence against the child for any purpose, except in subsequent cases involving
the same child under KRS Chapters 600 to 645.
