434.620 Receipt of card in violation of KRS 434.570 to 434.610.
A person, other than the issuer, who receives a credit or debit card which he knows was
obtained, taken, or retained under circumstances which constitute a violation of KRS
434.570 to 434.610 is guilty of a Class D felony.
