64.005 Clerk's fee for filing bond or release on recognizance.
(1)
The clerks of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals and the Circuit Courts shall
collect a fee of four dollars ($4) for taking, or filing any bond or release on
recognizance.
(2)
Such fee shall be deposited in the general fund of the State Treasury.
