56.602 Attachment of authority to Finance and Administration Cabinet.
The authority shall be attached, for administrative and reporting purposes, to the Finance
and Administration Cabinet, which shall provide administrative services and clerical
assistance to the board. The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall
designate an employee of the cabinet to serve as secretary of the board to keep the board's
minutes and other official records.
