56.065 Definitions for KRS 56.070 to 56.180.
As used in KRS 56.070 to 56.180, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) "Subject of risk" means any or all property reasonably considered to be subject to
loss or damage by any single occurrence of any event insured against.
(2) "Office" means the Office of Insurance.
