35.270 Record of general or special court-martial.
(1)
Upon request of the accused or a reviewing authority, or the state judge advocate,
the record of a general or special court-martial shall be transcribed and
authenticated by the president and the military judge. If the record cannot be
authenticated by either the president or the military judge by reason of his death,
disability or absence, it shall be signed by a member in lieu of him. If both the
president and the military judge are unavailable, the record shall be authenticated by
two (2) members. In all other courts-martial, records of trial shall contain such
matter and be authenticated in such manner as the Governor by regulation
prescribes.

A copy of the record of each general and special court-martial shall be given to the
accused as soon as it is authenticated.
