17.152 Citation and personal identification numbers to be supplied by State Police,
Administrative Office of the Courts, Department of Juvenile Justice, and
Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
All data supplied to the centralized criminal history record information system by the
Kentucky State Police, Administrative Office of the Courts, the Department of Juvenile
Justice, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, and the Department of Corrections
shall be compatible with the system and shall contain both citation and personal
identification numbers.
