38-1517. Restrictions on placement of children pursuant to this code. No child taken into custody pursuant to this code shall be placed in a juvenile detention facility or other secure facility, except as authorized by K.S.A. 38-1528, 38-1542, 38-1543 and 38-1568, and amendments thereto.
