      21-3822.   Tampering with public notice. Tampering with public notice is knowingly and without lawful authority altering, defacing, destroying, removing or concealing any public notice posted according to law, during the time said notice is required or authorized to remain posted.

      Tampering with public notice is a class C misdemeanor.
