      21-3730.   Unlawful manufacture or disposal of false tokens. (a) The unlawful manufacture or disposal of false tokens is manufacturing for sale, offering for sale or giving away any false token, slug, substance, false or spurious coin or other device intended or calculated to be placed or deposited in any automatic vending machine, coin-operated telephone, parking meter or other such receptacle with intent to cheat or defraud the owner, lessee, licensee or other person entitled to the contents of such automatic vending machine, coin-operated telephone, parking meter or other receptacle designed to receive coins or currency of the United States of America in connection with the sale, use or enjoyment of property or service.

      (b)   The manufacture for sale, advertising, offering for sale or distribution of any such false token, slug, substance, false or spurious coin or other device shall be prima facie evidence of an intent to cheat or defraud within the meaning of this section.

      (c)   Unlawful manufacture or disposal of false tokens is a class B nonperson misdemeanor.
