21-3713. Altering a legislative document. Altering a legislative document is intentionally mutilating, altering or changing, otherwise than in the regular course of legislation, any act, bill or resolution introduced into or acted upon by either or both houses of the legislature of this state either before or after such act, bill or resolution has been signed by the governor.
Altering a legislative document is a severity level 9, nonperson felony.
