                           CONSTRUCTION OF STATUTES
    73-105.  CERTAIN OFFICES TO CEASE. When any office is abolished by the
repeal of any act, and such act is not in substance re-enacted or continued in
the compiled laws, such office ceases at the time the compiled laws take
effect.
