                       DIVISION OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
    71-114.  INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS OF AND POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS OF ACT.
The director shall investigate complaints made to him concerning violations of
the provisions of this act, and shall, upon his own initiative, conduct such
investigations as he deems appropriate and advisable to develop information on
prevailing procedures in commercial quantity determinations and on possible
violations of the provisions of this act, and shall have the power to subpoena
witnesses or take depositions, throughout the state, in relation to
investigations or any hearings held by him under this act.
