                               STATE CONTROLLER
    67-1052.  REFUSAL TO MAKE RETURNS AND EXHIBITS -- PENALTY. Each and every
person required herein to make returns and exhibits to the state controller,
who shall refuse or neglect to make such returns or exhibits, or who shall
refuse to give such information required by the state controller, shall be
guilty of a felony, and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five
thousand dollars ($5,000), or imprisonment in the penitentiary not more than
five (5) years or both.
