                       HOSPITALIZATION OF MENTALLY ILL
    66-333.  EXAMINATION OF NEWLY ADMITTED PATIENTS. Every patient committed
to the custody of the department director pursuant to the provisions of
section 66-329, Idaho Code, and admitted to an inpatient facility shall
receive a physical and mental health examination as soon as practicable after
admission.
