    63-3607.  PERSON. The term "person" includes any individual, firm,
copartnership, joint venture, association, social club, fraternal
organization, corporation, estate, trust, business trust, receiver, trustee,
syndicate, cooperative, assignee, or any other group or combination acting as
a unit.
