                            CIGARETTE AND TOBACCO
                                PRODUCTS TAXES
    63-2525.  CRIMINAL PENALTIES. Any person that violates or fails to comply
with any of the provisions of this chapter or rules promulgated pursuant
thereto shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed one thousand dollars
($1,000), or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one (1) year,
or by both such fine and imprisonment.
