                                  FUELS TAX
    63-2434.  ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS. For the purpose of carrying out its
duties to enforce or administer the provisions of this chapter, the commission
shall have the powers and duties provided by sections 63-3038, 63-3039,
63-3042 through 63-3066, 63-3068, 63-3071, 63-3074 through 63-3078, and
63-217, Idaho Code, which sections are incorporated by reference herein as
though set out verbatim.
