                                  FUELS TAX
    63-2433.  DOING BUSINESS WITHOUT A LICENSE -- PENALTIES. Any person who
engages in the business as a distributor or a special fuels dealer without
being the holder of a valid license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day
of business without a valid license shall constitute a separate offense.
