                             PREPAYMENT OF TAXES
    63-1601.  DECLARATION OF INTENT. It is the intent of the legislature to
make provisions available for the prepayment of a portion of certain
taxpayers' ad valorem taxes to minimize the impact on public facilities caused
by new business operations within a county.
