                     MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS OF TAX LAW
    63-1307.  TRANSMISSION OF FUNDS TO STATE TREASURER. All moneys required
under the provisions of this title to be transmitted to the state treasurer
shall be transmitted at the expense of the county.
