                  IDAHO RESIDENTIAL CARE ADMINISTRATORS ACT
    54-4214.  REISSUANCE OF REVOKED LICENSE OR PERMIT. (1) The board may, in
its discretion, reissue a license or permit to any person whose license or
permit has been revoked.
    (2)  Application for the reissuance of a license or permit shall be made
in such manner as the board may direct in accordance with its rules.
