                                  ARCHITECTS
    54-304.  FEES -- ISSUANCE OF LICENSES -- RENEWAL AND REINSTATEMENT. Every
person applying for examination for a license under this chapter shall pay a
fee equal to that charged by the national examining entity plus a processing
fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to the bureau of occupational licenses. In
case the applicant fails to qualify, said fee shall be retained by the bureau
to cover the necessary expenses of said examination. If the result of the
examination of any applicant shall be satisfactory to the board, under its
rules, it shall issue to such applicant a certificate setting forth the fact
that he is a licensed architect and authorized to practice his profession in
this state. The fee for reexamination shall be equal to that charged by the
national examining entity plus a processing fee of twenty-five dollars
($25.00). The fee for obtaining a license under section 54-302A 1., Idaho
Code, shall be an amount not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200). The fee for
permission under section 54-302A 2., Idaho Code, shall be an amount not to
exceed two hundred dollars ($200). The annual fee for renewal of a license
shall be an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100), which shall be
paid to the bureau. The board shall adopt fees by rule. All licenses issued
under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to annual renewal and
shall expire unless renewed in the manner prescribed by the board regarding
applications for renewal, continuing education, and fees. License renewal and
reinstatement shall be in accordance with section 67-2614, Idaho Code.
