                               MINES AND MINING
                                  CHAPTER 6
                          LOCATION OF MINING CLAIMS
    47-601.  MINING CLAIM LOCATIONS AUTHORIZED. Persons are authorized to
locate mining claims upon that public domain in the state of Idaho which is
open to location under the mining laws of the United States. The location of a
mining claim shall be made by posting notice of location and by marking the
boundaries as provided in section 47-602 of this chapter.
