    46-1170.  DRUNK OR ASLEEP AT POST -- LEAVING POST BEFORE REGULAR RELIEF.
Any sentinel or guard subject to this code who is found drunk or sleeping upon
his post, or who leaves his post before he is regularly relieved, shall be
punished as a court-martial may direct.
