                         MILITIA AND MILITARY AFFAIRS
                                  CHAPTER 3
                           EQUIPMENT AND ALLOWANCES
    46-310.  OFFICERS' ANNUAL ALLOWANCE. All officers shall receive annually
such sum as may be directed by the commander-in-chief, not to exceed one
hundred dollars ($100), to assist in uniforming and equipping such officers:
provided, no officer shall receive more money toward such equipment than he
has expended for purchase and maintenance during the last preceding year:
provided, where an officer expends a greater amount than the annual allowance
for the year, such excess may be included in voucher for the succeeding year.
