                                LIENS IN CROPS
    45-312.  LIST OF LIENS IN FARM CROPS. (1) The secretary of state shall
publish a list of all presently effective notices of claim of lien in farm
crops. The list shall be distributed to all persons who register therefor, on
a schedule to be set by administrative rule of the secretary of state, but not
less frequently than semimonthly.
    (2)  The list shall be published in a format established by administrative
rule of the secretary of state, and may be in either complete form or in
cumulative supplements to a complete list.
