                                  CHAPTER 26
                         VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS ACT
    44-2605.  REGISTRATION -- DISCLOSURE. Each fund established by a labor
organization under this chapter shall:
    (1)  Register as a political  committee as required by  chapter 66, title
67, Idaho Code; and
    (2)  File the financial reports for political committees required by
chapter 66, title 67, Idaho Code.
