                          EMPLOYMENT OF FIREFIGHTERS
    44-1803.  RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. The organization
selected by the majority of the firefighters in any city, county, fire
district or political subdivision shall be recognized as the sole and
exclusive bargaining agent for all of the firefighters in the fire department,
unless and until recognition of such bargaining agent is withdrawn by vote of
the majority of the firefighters of such department.
