                      LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS
    43-731.  WATER HELD IN TRUST. Upon entering into any such contract, the
city, irrigation lateral district or other entity obligated to make the
payments as aforesaid shall hold said water in trust for the purpose for which
the same was, or shall be, purchased or furnished.
