                      LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS
    43-714.  RESTRICTING APPLICATION OF ALTERNATE SYSTEM OF PAYMENT. The
provisions of this act shall not apply to irrigation districts which have
arranged for the collection of the district assessments by county officers
under the provisions of sections 43-728 to 43-730[, Idaho Code,] inclusive.
