                                  CHAPTER 6
                               REFUNDING BONDS
    43-617.  MAINTENANCE FUND REPOSITORY OF UNEXPENDED MONEYS. Any money
remaining in the emergency fund after all such refunding bonds have been paid
with interest, and all lands and the proceeds from the sale of lands acquired
by the district under taxes levied for the payment of such refunding bonds,
shall be converted into the maintenance fund of the district.
