                               REFUNDING BONDS
    43-612.  LIABILITY OF TRACTS OF LAND LIMITED. When refunding bonds are
issued under this act no tract or parcel of land against which benefits have
been apportioned or assessed for the payment thereof shall be liable for the
payment of more than the amount of the benefits so apportioned and assessed,
together with interest thereon at the rate specified in such refunding bonds
on the amount of the apportionment of benefits remaining unpaid, and in
addition thereto to an assessment not exceeding fifty cents (50¢) per acre per
annum for each irrigable acre for an emergency fund as hereinafter provided.
