                             IRRIGATION DISTRICTS
                                  CHAPTER 1
                           ORGANIZATION OF DISTRICT
    43-106.  NOTICE OF HEARING. When such petition is presented, the said
board shall set a time for a hearing upon the same, which time shall not be
less than four (4) nor more than eight (8) weeks from the date of
presentation. A notice of the time of such hearing shall be published by said
board, at least three (3) weeks before the time of such hearing, in a
newspaper published within each of the counties in which any part of said
district is situated.
