                        RECLAMATION OF CAREY ACT LANDS
    42-2025.  APPURTENANCY OF WATER RIGHTS. The water rights to all lands
acquired under the provisions of this chapter shall attach to and become
appurtenant to the land as soon as title passes from the United States to the
state.
