                               WATER RESOURCES
    42-1802.  POLITICAL ACTIVITY PROHIBITED. The director of the department of
water resources shall not, during his incumbency, take any active part in
political party management or in political campaigns, nor shall he use his
official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with an
election or affecting the results thereof, or for the purpose of coercing the
political action of any person or body.
