                             WATER RESOURCE BOARD
    42-1749.  COMPELLING ISSUANCE. In the event that any official required to
participate in any act leading to the issuance of such bonds shall refuse to
perform such act alleging as his reason illegality of the bonds to be issued,
the board may institute judicial proceedings to compel such step to be taken
and legality of the bonds to be determined.
