                       IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE -- WATER
                            RIGHTS AND RECLAMATION
                                  CHAPTER 17
                       DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES --
                             WATER RESOURCE BOARD
    42-1736.  LEGISLATIVE REVIEW. The state water plan adopted by the Idaho
water resource board pursuant to authority of section 42-1734, Idaho Code,
shall not become effective until it has been submitted to the legislature of
the state of Idaho and has been affirmatively acted upon in the form of a
concurrent resolution which may adopt, reject, amend or modify the same.
Thereafter, any change in the state water plan shall be submitted in the same
manner to the legislature prior to becoming effective.
