                                  CHAPTER 17
                       DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES --
                             WATER RESOURCE BOARD
    42-1734G.  WATER RIGHTS. No provisions of this chapter, or any rules or
regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter, shall be construed to
establish a water right. Any water rights necessary to fulfill the purposes of
this chapter shall be obtained pursuant to the provision of chapter 2 or
chapter 15, title 42, Idaho Code.
