    42-1734C.  STATUS OF COMPREHENSIVE STATE WATER PLAN BEFORE FEDERAL
AGENCIES. The comprehensive state water plan required by this chapter shall be
submitted to the federal energy regulatory commission, and the pacific
northwest electric power and conservation planning council, and any other
federal agencies as the state water plan for the conservation, development,
management and optimum use of the state of Idaho's water resource.
