                             WATER RESOURCE BOARD
    42-1703.  ATTORNEY GENERAL TO ADVISE DIRECTOR. The director may require,
and shall receive, from the attorney general of the state, advice upon any
question of public interest arising in the performance of duties under this
chapter, which advice shall be in writing when so desired. The director may
employ counsel or may retain private counsel.
