                         ADJUDICATION OF WATER RIGHTS
    42-1422.  SPECIAL MASTER -- APPOINTMENT -- POWERS AND DUTIES --
COMPENSATION -- DISQUALIFICATION -- REVIEW OF SPECIAL MASTER'S REPORT. (1) The
district court may appoint one (1) or more special masters in any general
adjudication.
    (2)  The district court shall specify the powers and duties of a special
master in the order of reference. The compensation and disqualification of a
special master shall be governed by order or rule of the supreme court.
    (3)  Objections to and hearing on the special master's report shall be
governed by rule 53(e) of the Idaho rules of civil procedure.
