                                  CHAPTER 14
                         ADJUDICATION OF WATER RIGHTS
    42-1415.  ENFORCEMENT OF FILING FEES. After filing of the director's
report in a general adjudication, the director may prohibit in accordance with
chapter 3, title 42, Idaho Code, the diversion and use of water in
satisfaction of a right claimed or decreed in the adjudication upon the
failure of the claimant to comply with the schedule for payment of variable
fees as set forth in subsection (1) of section 42-1414, Idaho Code.
